Jagbits Parts Return Policy:
PLEASE CALL US AT 888-524-2487 or email us before returning any parts and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct address to ship the part back to. All new parts that are returned without reason may be charged a 20% handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials as well as time spent to process the order etc. In other words if you buy parts from us and change your mind after you receive them, we may charge the 20% handling fee. New and Rebuilt parts cannot be returned after 21 days for a refund
New and rebuilt parts come with a one year warranty, if the part should fail within that time, we will replace it with another part. All new parts that are returned without reason may be charged a 20% handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials as well as time spent to process the order etc. In other words if you buy parts from us and change your mind after you receive them, we may charge a 20% handling fee.
Used parts have a 90 day replacement warranty, if the part fails within that time, we will replace it with another same used part. Used parts are not returnable if they do not fix the problem for which you purchased them. We do not allow you to pay for a used part, install it and if it doesn't fix your problem, return it for a refund. We cannot refund money for used parts we can only exchange it if it's defective. If you receive a used part and it is defective call us immediately and we will arrange another part to be shipped and the defective part to be returned to us. Used parts and used electrical parts are not refundable. We will replace with another same used part if it's defective within 90 days of purchase. Used parts cannot be returned for a refund. If we ship the wrong part, call or email us and we will instruct you on how to return it and we will then ship the correct part.
1. Electrical items both new and used are not returnable unless defective. New electrical items that fail within 12 months of purchase will be replaced with the equivalent part.
2. If we send you the wrong part, please let us know and we'll send you the right part. We'll need the wrong part back.
4. If you need a warranty replacement part, please let us know and we'll send you one out.
5. If you order the wrong part, we'll take it back, but only if you arrange the return in advance. Special order parts can't be returned. Special order parts are indicated as such in the part description.
6. Unauthorized returns will be refused. You must call or email us before shipping any part back to us. We will give you the correct address and authorization number.
7. All returns (unless defective) must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging.
8. Items being returned for core charges will need a return number before it can be returned. Call or email us for the return number and the correct address to return it to.
9. CDROM's are not returnable unless defective in which case we will replace the CDROM after you return the defect.
10. Books and tools are not returnable for any reason.
11. New parts and cores that are returned are at the buyers expense.
12. Cores must be returned within 90 days of purchase or the core charge will not be refunded.
13. Labor to replace a defective new or used part will not be refunded.
14. Special order new and used parts are not returnable unless defective.
