Neither Jagbits nor its affiliates, subsidiaries or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the Jagbits website will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Neither Jagbits nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the Jagbits website or the products or services offered for sale on the Jagbits website. Further, Jagbits makes no representation that content provided on the Jagbits website is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, locations outside of the United States. Errors on Our Site
The Jagbits website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the display you see matches the product, as the display of the product depends, in part, upon third party information.
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Jagbits reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Jagbits will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Jagbits's Return Policy.
Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Card and PayPal.
We may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.
Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.
Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Jagbits website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Of course, there is some fine print:
- Parts that fail within 12 months of sale will be considered defective and a replacement will be sent to you at our expense. Just let us know.
- Electrical parts cannot be returned unless defective.
- Before you return a part for a refund, please contact us for a return authorization. Parts received without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to you.
- To receive a refund, returned parts must not have been installed or disassembled and must be in their original packaging. Once a part has been installed or disassembled, the original warranty applies and no refunds can be given.
- "Special Order" parts, such as carpets, mats, and other interior or exterior trim items cannot be returned unless defective. "Special Order" parts are clearly identified in the part description so there are no surprises. (there are very few Special Order parts.)
- When shipping your parts back to us, please insure them for full value and get a tracking number. We cannot process a refund for any parts damaged or lost during shipment. It happens occasionally, and when it does the shipping company can eat that loss!
Parts Return Policy:
PLEASE CALL US AT 888-524-2487 or email us before returning any parts and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct address to ship the part back to.
All new parts that are returned without reason may be charged a 20% handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials as well as time spent to process the order etc. In other words if you buy parts from us and change your mind after you receive them, we may charge the 20% handling fee. New and Rebuilt parts cannot be returned after 30 days for a refund
New and rebuilt parts come with a one year warranty, if the part should fail within that time, we will replace it with another part. All new parts that are returned without reason may be charged a 20% handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials as well as time spent to process the order etc. In other words if you buy parts from us and change your mind after you receive them, we may charge a 20% handling fee.
Used parts have a 90 day replacement warranty, if the part fails within that time, we will replace it with another same used part. Used parts are not returnable if they do not fix the problem for which you purchased them. We do not allow you to pay for a used part, install it and if it doesn't fix your problem, return it for a refund. We cannot refund money for used parts we can only exchange it if it's defective. If you receive a used part and it is defective call us immediately and we will arrange another part to be shipped and the defective part to be returned to us. Used parts and used electrical parts are not refundable. We will replace with another same used part if it's defective within 90 days of purchase. Used parts cannot be returned for a refund. If we ship the wrong part, call or email us and we will instruct you on how to return it and we will then ship the correct part.
- Electrical items both new and used are not returnable unless defective. New electrical items that fail within 12 months of purchase will be replaced with the equivalent part.
- If we send you the wrong part, please let us know and we'll send you the right part. We'll need the wrong part back.
- If you need a warranty replacement part, please let us know and we'll send you one out.
- If you order the wrong part, we'll take it back, but only if you arrange the return in advance. Special order parts can't be returned. Special order parts are indicated as such in the part description.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused. You must call or email us before shipping any part back to us. We will give you the correct address and authorization number.
- All returns (unless defective) must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging.
- Items being returned for core charges will need a return number before it can be returned. Call or email us for the return number and the correct address to return it to.
- CDROM's are not returnable unless defective in which case we will replace the CDROM after you return the defect.
- Books and tools are not returnable for any reason.
- New parts and cores that are returned are at the buyers expense.
- Cores must be returned within 90 days of purchase or the core charge will not be refunded.
- Labor to replace a defective new or used part will not be refunded.
A "core charge" is a refundable charge that is added to your order whenever you purchase a remanufactured part. The core charge ensures the return of your old part so it may also be rebuilt. This ensures a continual supply of high-quality parts that are less expensive than brand new parts.
The core charge is refunded upon receipt of your old rebuildable part. If your old part is not rebuildable, we cannot return your core charge. This is very rare.
Used Parts Information
You asked for used Jaguar parts, and we have thousands of them! We are parting out hundreds of XJ6, XJS, XJ8, XK8, S-Type and X-Type models to make valuable used parts available to you at significant savings. We have added hundreds of used parts to our online Jaguar parts catalogs so purchasing used parts has never been easier. We sell used Jaguar hoods, fenders, engines, transmissions, cylinder heads, ECU and ECM computers, brake actuators and pumps, steering racks and every other part that can be shipped after we test it.
If you don't see the part you need for your car, simply call or email us and we will give you the price and availiblity. And as always, every Jaguar part that is offered for sale both new and used is in stock and ready to ship!! All of our used Jaguar parts have been inspected and are in "good to excellent" condition and come with a 90 day replacement warranty against failure. You can order with confidence, knowing that Jagbits stands behind our customers and our used parts. If we inspect a used part and wouldn't feel comfortable installing it on our own family cars, then it won't get offered for sale.
Used parts have a 90 day replacement warranty, if the part fails within that time, we will replace it with another used part. Used parts are not returnable if they do not fix the problem for which you purchased them. If you recieve a used part and it is defective call us immediately and we will arrange another part to be shipped and the defective part to be returned to us. USED PARTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, ONLY REPLACED WITH ANOTHER USED PART. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVER FOR A DEFECTIVE USED PART WE WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT.

Shipping and Tax Information
We ship parts worldwide every day. We ship regularly to Japan, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Iceland, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, Finland, Canada, Kuwait, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, France and Spain as well as most other countries.
You will be charged the correct shipping charge after the order is placed and we have itboxed up. Most small packages cost approximately $45.00 to ship 3 to 6 day delivery, and $25.00 for 7 to 14 day delivery. The bigger and/or heavier the box the higher the charges will be.
Most USA orders are received within 3 days including Washington, Maryland, California, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Louisiana and Georgia.
Next day and 2 day USA shipping options are shown on the checkout form. If the box is larger and/or heavier we charge the extra shipping later in the day before we ship the order.
California residents will be assessed sales tax on all purchases.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON JAGUAR PARTS ORDERS OVER $100
As you may have noticed, Jagbits has once again lowered the shipping charges. You will now get FREE shipping for all orders over $100 if shipped to the lower 48 states. We ship daily to every state including Washington, Maryland, California, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Virginia. Does not apply to international orders.
Our checkout form will charge between $8.00 and $15.00 on all orders up to $99.99. The higher the total parts purchase, the higher the shipping charge until it becomes free at $100. This is the second time is as many years that we have lowered our shipping charges to make it even smarter to buy from us. How many companies are actually lowering their shipping charges these days!
Why would we do this you ask?? Jagbits has been the number one Jaguar parts supplier on the internet for years and we have grown beyond belief, which means we are making deals with suppliers based on the incredible amount of parts we buy from them. If your Jaguar parts purchase totals over $100 (in US funds, prior to calculating the shipping charge), we will ship your order to you by UPS Ground, Priority Mail, or similar service at no additional charge, with the following provisions:
- Extremely large or heavy items. Transmissions, engines,
differentials, exhaust, fuel tanks, and other very heavy parts will
not be shipped free. The shipping costs for these items are too
excessive for us to absorb. We reserve the right to determine what
constitutes an extremely heavy item.
- International orders. We cannot pick up the freight costs to
destinations outside the United States.
- Alaska and Hawaii. There is no ground service available to
Alaska or Hawaii. All of our shipments to these states have to travel
by air, so if you choose Ground on the checkout form, we will ship
Priority Mail and charge any additional cost to your credit card.
- The delivery address must be within the lower 48 contiguous
- This offer may be rescinded at any time, without notice.
Termination of Use
Jagbits may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Jagbits website at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Jagbits reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Jagbits website at any time without prior notice.
