12. Mud and Wheel Balance During Winter or Rainy Periods

During the winter (and in rainy periods) mud can collect inside the wheels next to the brake rotors and dry up in clumps. These clumps can throw your wheels out of balance. If you're feeling the classic out-of-balance wheel vibration, check for mud inside the wheels before you pay someone to pull them off and balance them.
