Jaguar Front Suspension Bushings and Mounts

Most Jaguar models have rubber and metal front suspension bushings and mounts that deteriorate over time. Upper and lower control arm bushings being the most often replaced on 1969-1994 XJ6 models. It is important to check and replace any front suspension bushing or mount that is in need of replacement to extend the life of your tires and other front suspension components.

Usually it isn't until you to attempt to get the front end aligned, do you find that all or some of the bushings and mounts need to be replaced. It is impossible to align the front of a Jaguar if any of the suspension parts are bad including the steering rack, tie rods ends, and ball joints.
