Jagbits Jaguar Parts Return Policy:

All new parts that are returned without reason will be charged a 20% handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials as well as time spent to process the order etc. In other words if you buy parts from us and change your mind after you receive them, we have to charge the 20% handling fee.

Used parts have a 90 day replacement warranty, if the part fails within that time, we will replace it with another used part. Used parts are not returnable if they do not fix the problem for which you purchased them. If you recieve a used part and it is defective call us immediately and we will arrange another part to be shipped and the defective part to be returned to us. USED PARTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, ONLY REPLACED WITH ANOTHER USED PART. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVER FOR A DEFECTIVE USED PART WE WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT.

1.  Electrical items are not returnable.  Electrical items that fail within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at our option.

2.  If we send you the wrong part, please let us know and we'll send you the right part. We'll need the wrong part back.

4.  If you need a warranty replacement part, please let us know and we'll send you one out.  Just send the defective part back to us.

5.  If you order the wrong part, we'll take it back, but only if you arrange the return in advance.   Special order parts can't be returned. Special order parts are indicated as such in the part description.

6.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.

7.  All returns (unless defective) must be in saleable condition and in their original containers.

8.  Items being returned for core charges may be returned at any time without prior authorization.  Please include a copy of your emailed invoice.

9. CDROM's are not returnable unless defective in which case we will replace the CDROM after you return the defect.

10. Books are not returnable for any reason. Please be careful that you order the correct book for your car!
